Imagine my surprise when the internet failed to produce a select list of iPhone development blogs more than 10 links wide. Well, I’ve beaten the internet at its own game and collected the links myself, like a neurotic SERP.
Having taken the liberty of pruning all slow or inactive candidates, I plant the list here to let it grow. So far it’s an even mix of developer blogs and those about general iPhone development and news.

Hi,
It’s a great recopilation of blogs. Thanks ! But what could really make it outstanding is to know what are the best ones. If following 1 or 2 of those blogs gives you the 80% of the information, then that’s a huge gain.
Information overload is a real problem today !

@Juan
I know it strikes of laziness to post a sterile list, but to be honest, I’m personally interested in reading along with most if not all of these, and a “best of” isn’t relevant in this context because it’s hard to qualify what’s “best” for general interest.
Some of the blogs will post news I never read, but punctuate that with interesting or instructive posts. Some are by developers who aren’t sharing especially instructive information, but in whose development efforts I find a kindred spirit. Some of the blogs are shallow, but reading them gives a pulse of the community and market. Many update irregularly but together provide a steady stream of posts. Most companies keep largely promotional blogs, but also share valuable market insights.
So in this case, I’m just posting a high level list to serve as a reference to active iPhone blogs.

Hi there Travis, great initiative and great blog! Followed you over from the TouchArcade Forums. I’ve recently “re-opened” my blog, it used to be mainly about “visual storytelling” but as iPhone development is about the only thing I have any spare time for these days it has begun a shift towards becoming mainly a developer blog. If you care to add it, the address is http://www.tBenjaminLarsen.com
Cheers!

Thanks for including me. If it helps me earn my keep on your list, I just published a lengthy post-mortem on my latest app.
Have fun with your development efforts!

what i’d love to see is a good iphone development blog aggregator, a la fullasagoog or feeds.adobe.com for flash development.
planetcocoa.org is a cocoa development aggregator, but it’s not exclusively iphone: it covers mac development too.
in any case, your list here would be a good place to start :)
(p.s. shameless plug: my blog (linked) is also about iphone development :)
